PasswordCopy
allows administrators to copy passwords, migrate passwords or
synchronize passwords between user accounts from Windows NT4 / Windows
2000, 2003, 2008 Active Directory domains or servers in real time or scheduled at predefined times.

Project Based Password Copy
A password copy project is created by selecting the source domain
or server and the target domain or server. A list of user accounts are
automatically generated that are mutual to both domains or
server.
Once the password copy projects are created, any selected project can be
run immediately or scheduled to run daily at a predetermined time. All actions are
tracked and recorded for later review.
PasswordCopy Scheduled Password Synchronization
PasswordCopy projects can be scheduled to synchronize
passwords daily at specified times and the results viewed in the
scheduled password copy report.
Copy or synchronize passwords during business hours or
after business hours.
PasswordCopy Security Features
PasswordCopy requires Windows Administrative account to
copy encrypted password hashes only and is not able to decrypt user
account passwords. The user password is never stored or revealed during
the password copy process.
