Session - where you and our consultant can see and act the same screen.
The type of remote connection used will be discussed and agreed upon
prior to commencing the job.
Does it need to be pre-paid?
Yes. Prepaying for Virtual Consultant facilitates a more prompt service
for the tasks you need help with. If your situation requires immediate
attention and you don’t have an account with us yet, or if your account
has insufficient funds, please call us. We will do our best to
accommodate you in these circumstances.
How do I establish my Account?

started. Upon receipt of your purchase we will finalize your account.
